My business partners and I used the VIP service. It is handled by young and highly inexperienced college graduates.

As some of the Glassdoor comments indicate these people know nothing about SEO. Its a horrible experience all around if you sign up for anything other than the very basic service. The somewhat mitigating factor is that this is a failed business model. You cannot provide quality service through inexperienced people questionable claims at fixing ones image.

Save yourself the frustration and indignity of being lied to and insulted by young people you would never hire - not even as interns. Instead consider hiring a professional public relations firm with some real SEO experts. Sadly brandyourself despite venture money is not much more than mass retail meets back alley abortion clinic tactics so common in this slimy industry.

Its just a money grab and a disgrace like many of their competitors. Their investors should be embarrassed.

The service was good, need to upgrade to premium though

Gone a scam email from a Zack Newman, "Client Development Manager", who a fishing and phishing about someone with a vaguely similar name, but with a completely different last name.

"People are still Googling your name -- lets make sure they dont find this information"

You have to use it correctly but it does help!

It helped keep me ahead of the curve in terms of personal branding and continued www environmental development. I really enjoy how it helps me learn the "why" behind how their system works, along with very clear instructions on steps along the way.

The managers who work at the establishment are rude, condescending and don’t care about the customer. Once they make the sale, they act as they wish. Save yourself the headache!!

I've been a Brandyourself customer for 8 months and I've already seen really good results. My negatives have moved to the bottom of page 2 and they created a lot of great, new content for me so far.

Their people have been really helpful too. I'm not a sales person for them but I can definitely recommend them and have to a couple friends.

I spoke to reputation defender (reputation.com) and guaranteed removals but decided to go with Brandyourself because of their transparency during the whole process.

I paid $7k+ but it's more than worth it and I have peace of mind knowing what people will see when they search me online. I got a better paying job and I couldn't be happier.

Sleazy company, don’t do any trial with them because they will manipulate bad search results to go to the top in order to coax you into using them. The problem is I can’t afford $649 per month so it doesn’t matter. I’ll just live with the search results.

A hard-sell, used car lot feel to the entire experience and one without any guarantees of service provided. Before agreeing to use the service, they were pushing a contract on me - something which came to my inbox several times with reminders of its existence.

Further dealing with the sales reps and executives revealed a startup flying by the seat of its pants, not really wise to the ways of the world - and certainly not customer service.

Chances are if you're looking at these reviews it means you're considering their service and are likely leaning a certain way.

Which means the reviews that go against what you think will be taken with less credibility. Don't do that to yourself.

Run, don't walk, away from this company which operates via whim looking to get rich quick, not actually offer a valuable, worthwhile service.

I used this service for four years and received nothing but a bunch of lies. Trevor is a smooth and slick individual who lies, makes lots of empty promises and takes your money. Stay far away from these scam artists.
