Gone a scam email from a Zack Newman, "Client Development Manager", who a fishing and phishing about someone with a vaguely similar name, but with a completely different last name. "People are still Googling your name -- lets make sure they dont find this information"

Brand Yourself - VERY effective and beneficial
I've used Brand Yourself for years. I was an early adopter and have been grateful. It helped keep me ahead of the curve in terms of personal branding and continued www environmental development. I really enjoy how it helps me learn the "why" behind how their system works, along with very clear instructions on steps along the way.

Brand Yourself - Easy to use, step-by-step support
Professional and swift support in reputation management. Soon after signing up and choosing one of their packages, there was a follow-up call to help me navigate the options available on their website. I also received advice and support with regards to other services they provide that might interest me. I highly recommend it. Excellent value for money. Good personalised service.

The managers who work at the establishment are rude, condescending and don’t care about the customer. Once they make the sale, they act as they wish. Save yourself the headache!!

Sleazy company, don’t do any trial with them because they will manipulate bad search results to go to the top in order to coax you into using them. The problem is I can’t afford $649 per month so it doesn’t matter. I’ll just live with the search results.

Brand Yourself - Brandyourself helped me
I've been a Brandyourself customer for 8 months and I've already seen really good results. My negatives have moved to the bottom of page 2 and they created a lot of great, new content for me so far. Their people have been really helpful too. I'm not a sales person for them but I can definitely recommend them and have to a couple friends. I spoke to reputation defender (reputation.com) and guaranteed removals but decided to go with Brandyourself because of their transparency during the whole process. I paid $7k+ but it's more than worth it and I have peace of mind knowing what people will see when they search me online. I got a better paying job and I couldn't be happier.

It's ironic how a website based on clearing up your online reputation with deleting posts/content, doesn't provide an easy way to delete your account on the platform! ridiculous, the phone number is broken and they don't even respond to emails! I want my account terminated and there's no way of doing it!

I have used Brand Yourself.com for more than 4 years, since 2012. I've found the service to be extremely helpful as part of an overall branding strategy.
No one thing is going to do the trick . perhaps you need to manage your expectations.
One more suggestion. Your complaint would have been more believable if you didn't repeat the same thing 4 times.
